Jess studied English Literature with a foundation year at the University of East Anglia, UK. She was Deputy Editor-in-Chief for Concrete, UEA's student newspaper, in 2019-2020 and a Course Representative and School Convenor for Literature, Drama and Creative Writing during her studies. She now works as a Content Marketer.
