I mean like just going down that route of the professional world, why should students be thinking about leadership skills now whilst they're studying?

Ken Rea:

Well, it's it's quite possible that many students will be leading organisations of their own. Some. And as a leader, you need to be able to motivate your, your team, your organisation to inspire them with your vision to make them follow that and the most effective way of doing this is that interaction you know.

With you presenting information to a live audience. So it's very important to be able to do that effectively. If as a leader, you. Don't present very well then and. Let's face it, there are a lot. Of them out there. If you don't present very well, you are at a disadvantage.
